Professor Joe Neeman

Dr. Joe Neeman has been a postdoctoral researcher in the UT Math and ECE departments since fall 2013, working with Sujay Sanghavi and Constantine Caramanis. He works in several areas of probability theory, including on random graphs, concentration phenomena, and isoperimetric problems in probability spaces. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics at UC Berkeley, advised by Elchanan Mossel. Beginning in the summer of 2015, he will be a W-2 Professor at the University of Bonn. He will then be an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics of UT Austin from the summer of 2016. Joe's Website.
