Namyoon Lee (Graduate Student 2012-2015)

Namyoon Lee received his Ph. D. in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin in 2014. He is now with Wireless Communications Research at Intel Labs, Santa Clara, CA, USA. His primal research interest is to developing and analyzing future wireless communication systems using tools including multi-antenna network information theory and stochastic geometry.

Ahmad AlAmmouri is a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, jointly supervised by Prof. Jeffrey Andrews and Prof. François Baccelli. He received his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, in 2016, and his B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan, in 2014. He has held summer internships at Samsung Research America in 2017 and 2018. His research interests include statistical modeling and performance analysis of wireless networks. Personal Webpage.

Avhishek Chatterjee is a Ph.D. student at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of The University of Texas at Austin. He obtained a master degree in telecommunication from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and a bachelor degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. His research interest lies in the analysis and efficient operation of networked systems in general, and social and human-centric systems in particular using techniques from stochastic processes, queueing theory, combinatorics, optimization and machine learning.

Junse Lee is a Ph.D. student in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He works at Wireless Network and Communication Group under the supervision of Dr. Francois Baccelli. He received B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST, in 2009 and 2011. From 2011 to 2014, he worked at Samsung Electronics Telecommunication Network, where he dealt with LTE eNB system design. His current research interest is stochastic geometry models of wireless networks.

Yingzhe Li received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2012. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Jeff Andrews and Prof. François Baccelli at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include communication theory, statistical modeling of cellular networks, stochastic geometry and asymptotic analysis of ad-hoc networks.

Abishek Sankararaman is currently a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is part of the Wireless Communications and Networking Group and is advised by Prof. François Baccelli. He received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India in 2013. His current research interests are in studying Spatial Birth Death process and Stochastic Geometry motivated by applications in emerging wireless and social networks.
