I am a fifth year math Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Austin, working with David Ben-Zvi and Andrew Blumberg (now at Columbia University).

Research interests
My primary mathematical interests lie on the intersection of homotopy theory and algebraic geometry. I spend most of my time thinking about spectral and derived algebraic geometry, though I am also fascinated by chromatic and motivic homotopy theory.

Being a student of David Ben-Zvi, it is hard not to develop an appreciation for and interest in quantum field theory, and physics more generally. I had successfully resisted for almost two years, but have now fully succumbed.
