Information provided by the grader:

HW1:
Of the twenty points possible for the assignment, each problem was worth 4 points.
Each of the 4 parts in problem 1.5.8 was worth one point
and parts (a) and (b) in problem A1 were worth one point while part (c) was worth 2.

There were two common mistakes made by students in the class.
While I did not deduct points for this on this assignment,
many students failed to verbally explain their reasoning
or state their conclusions in the induction proof questions.
Secondly, some students had difficulties expressing divisibility
(i.e: if a|b, then there exists some integer k s.t. b = ka).
The latter was particularly an issue in problem A1.

HW2:
Each of the questions on the second homework assignment was worth 3 points,
except for problems 3.3.16A and 3.3.24+ which were both worth 4 points.

HW4:
Of the five problems, problem 3.7.2 was worth 5 points and problem B2 was worth 3.
The rest were worth 4.
