We derived the theorem that a function differentiable at z satisfies the
Cauchy-Riemann equations, and stated a theorem that a
function which satisfies the CR equations and some further hypotheses
is differentiable. We defined the function exp(z) and showed it is
differentiable at all z and equals its derivative. We derived the CR
equations when z is in polar coordinates.
