Abstract. We consider the Navier-Stokes equation on a
two dimensional torus with a random force, acting at
discrete times and analytic in space, for arbitrary
Reynolds number $R$. We prove the existence and
uniqueness of the invariant measure for this system as
well as exponential mixing in time.
