Abstract. We consider a class of random Schr\"odinger operators with non-decaying potentials and prove that their absolutely continuous spectrum almost surely fills the positive half-line. We establish the existence of the wave operators using the trace class scattering theory. This is an updated version of mp_arc 05-132.
