"Game Theory and Knowing about Knowledge"
featuring Dr. Thomas Wiseman

On Saturday October, 27 2012, Dr. Thomas Wiseman from the department of economics led a discussion entitled "Game theory and knowing about knowledge". A group of over 100 people learned about basic concepts in game theory and how to describe the outcomes of the famous prisoner's dilemma problem. Dr. Wiseman then led us through games involving multiple players, and we learned about how to predict the outcome of the game assuming that each player acts rationally, assumes the others act rationally, and knows all of the payoffs.
